You may return items sold by GreyLarsen.com within 30 days of delivery for
a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a
result of our error.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges back to GreyLarsen.com on returned
items, and GreyLarsen.com will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or
exchange item(s) going back. However, if the item received was damaged in transit
to the customer or was defective, GreyLarsen.com will pay shipping charges in

Each return is credited in the same manner as payment. If you paid for your
order with a credit card, the credit will be applied to that card. You will

through PayPal, we will send a refund to your PayPal account.
